If you want to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, simply let your ConvoZync representative know. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active for 15 additional days at no charge. Those 15 days are a gift from ConvoZync to give you extra time before your subscription ends.
No. There is no setup fee. We just need your knowledge base and website credentials if you want a ConvoZync representative to install the system for you. You can also install it yourself using the embed code provided in your dashboard.
